Visit Our Kindergarten

You are welcome to visit the Kindergarten during a session so that you may talk to our teachers and see how the children learn through our play.

Staff

Director/Teacher - Susie Rosback
Susie has a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) from Melbourne University and has also completed the DEECD Leadership Program. She spent two years at Fordham Avenue Kindergarten and then six years at St Catherine's Early Learning Centre. Susie, who is also the Director of our Kindergarten, works with the 3 and 4 year old groups.

4 Year Old Teacher - Sarah Wilson
Sarah has a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (RMIT) and a Bachelor of Education from Deakin University. Sarah has taught drama in several private schools across Melbourne and Geelong including Huntingtower School and The Geelong College. Sarah works primarily with the 4 year old group at St Pauls Kindergarten.

Assistant - Natalie Coulsen
Natalie has a Certificate III in Children's Services. She worked at West Drayton Primary School in England as an English as Second Language support teacher and kindergarten assistant before returning to Australia in 2006. Natalie works with the 3 year old and 4 year old groups. Natalie is currently studying her Diploma of Children's Services.

Assistant - Karen Robotis
Karen has worked with children for 16 years. She taught children English while in South America. More recently, she has taught yoga and creative dance for children from toddlers to school age. Karen works primarily with the 3 year old group and also teaches creative dance to the 4 year old groups.

3 Year Old Teacher - Alan Milsted
Alan has completed a Diploma of Children's Services as well as a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education through Deakin University. Al has worked within the early childhood field with pre-school aged children for eight years. In this time he has worked extensively with additional needs children, created progressive ways of programming and been involved in creating policies and procedures. He has focused his training on areas of science, family inclusion, supporting children with additional needs, music and movement and planning for outdoor environments. As part of Al's university degree he has received specialist training in the area of transition to school, and supporting children, in transitioning from home to kinder and kinder to school.
